  AudioLimiter (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) provides software that processes audio locally on a user’s device to improve playback consistency and listening comfort.
We are committed to user privacy and data minimisation.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or access:

• Audio      data
• Video      data
• Media      files
• Streaming      URLs
• Website      names or viewing history
• Scene      timestamps or playback behaviour

All audio processing occurs entirely on the user’s device.

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the service:

• Account      information
  • Email       address
  • License       key or access token
• Billing      information
  • Managed       securely by Stripe
  • We       do not store credit card details
• Technical      diagnostics
  • Anonymous       app health data
  • Error       counts and basic usage metrics
  • No       data is tied to media content or user viewing activity

The AudioLimiter backend is used only for:

• License      validation
• Subscription      status checks
• Configuration      updates
• Service      reliability monitoring

The backend never receives audio, video, URLs, or content metadata.

Analytics are limited to:

• Application      stability
• Feature      usage counts
• Error      and crash reporting

Analytics data does not identify:

• What      content was played
• Where      the content came from
• How      the software was used with specific media

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect account and service data.

Users are responsible for the content they access and play on their devices.
AudioLimiter is an audio processing tool only and does not provide, host, or distribute content.
